Finisco worked with Heyn engineering to develop an online, paperless certificate system to log the worthiness of different pieces of engineering equipment.
Heyn Engineers inspect and report on the equipment and clients have logins to access their records. The system also alerts Heyn and their clients as to when certificates need to be renewed. This system has helped streamline the whole certification process and reduce the amount of paperwork Heyn and their clients need to hold. The information is available 24 hours a day via a secure online Login facility.
The benefits of the system were such that Heyn extended its use from the UK into Ireland via their offices in Dublin.
